What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we only accept personal checks - for your safety and for ours.
What is your security deposit?
$300, and it is fully refundable provided the terms in the Rental Agreement are met.
How do I make a reservation?
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check in is no earlier than 3pm on day of arrival. Check out is no later than 10am on day of departure.
What is the security deposit policy?
If there is damage or significant cleaning required, we will subtract the cost of these items from the deposit and refund whatever remains, along with a detail of what was damaged / broken. It can take up to 2 weeks to refund the security deposit.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted via email. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. The cancellation fee schedule is as follows:
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We allow up to 2 dogs at Duck Tape, for a non-refundable Pet Fee of $100 per dog. If you have more than 2 dogs, please contact us.
Are you small-children/infant friendly?
Yes! We have a high chair, pack-n-play and numerous child gates on the decks and in the Great Room.
